Essential oils for acne scars?
I have some pitted acne scars that I am just dying to get rid of or at least reduce the appearance of. I know there are many options such as skin resurfacing but I want to try natural remedies and something that I can afford for that matter.
What are good essential oils for the skin that have amino acids/fatty acids and promote cell regeneration?? And can I use these oils as a night time moisturizer??

Rose hip seed essential oil is a natural source of all trans retinoic acid. That is the active ingredient in Retin-A. Also some of the citrus oils may be helpful. But essential oils are really only going to help with very mild scarring. Significant scarring, usually requires laser or surgical treatment for major improvement.
