<p>The avocado is a great source of vitamins, minerals and essential oils, but often all you can think of doing with it is cutting it in half and popping some prawns or tuna in the hole that&#8217;s left.</p>
<p>Which is fine in itself, but you may want to get a bit more creative.</p>
