Thanks for reminding me about the 6 meal a day plan, Geraldine. It’s a great idea because it stops you getting over-hungry and then over-eating.
I hate eating breakfast but I am an advocate of doing so. On days I go to work, I make a protein shake and take it on my 1/2 hour commute and slowly sip. I also eat something every three hours so it keeps me from getting ravenous and keeps my blood sugar more stable.
