A chance meeting with Sandy, a former student of my nutrition college, prompted this posting on detox and diet.
Sandy is now a nutritionist and health researcher, specializing in detox diets.
As a reader of my newsletter, you’re probably already familiar with, and open to, the benefits of a detox diet. Here are just some of the benefits you’ll experience from a successful detox.
- Healthy looking skin, remove skin blemishes
- Improved digestion eliminates gas and bloating
- Enhanced immune system to fight infections
- Sleep better, so wake refreshed and with more energy
- Eliminate joint and muscle pains
- Feel more mentally alert
- Stop craving unhealthy foods
It all sounds good, but have you ever followed a detox diet successfully? If not, what went wrong? Possibly one of these:
- It didn’t fit into your normal every day life
- The recipes were boring or difficult to prepare
- You were just plain hungry on the diet
- The “side-effects” were VERY unpleasant – say no more!
- Or one of many other reasons I hear from clients
Whereas my specialism at college was migraine, Sandy’s was detox and diet. Her passion has prompted her to put her years of knowledge into an ebook that you can download immediately and experience results within days.
Sandy’s years of experience means that she can address every one of these problems in great depth – your success is assured when you follow her simple plan.
But don’t take my word for it. On her detox and diet website you can read the reviews of other people’s experiences – and there are some remarkable results. Check and see if YOUR health challenge has responded to Sandy’s method.
If you search the Internet you can discover no end of silly plans – knocked together in days by some self-styled expert gathering information from the search engines. That can be just plain dangerous! Your health is too precious to risk with an amateur. You owe it to yourself to follow a professional and science based plan.
Having studied the same 3-year college course that Sandy did, I can wholeheartedly recommend her Detox and Diet book, but I’d rather leave you to form your own opinion. Click over to her site and read more about the benefits and practicalities of diet and detox.

Thanks for the useful info. It’s so interesting
I try to eat healthily generally, but it’s away from home that it is difficult. There are very few healthy coices (if any) in most pubs, tea rooms or even restaurants.
