The Pregnancy Miracle

Rita (name changed) who has had problems getting pregnant asked me to write a review of the Pregnancy Miracle, Lisa Olson’s ebook.

Well, aged “the wrong side of 50″ and with two strapping lads in their twenties, I had to confess it wasn’t top of my reading list! However, Rita has had such trouble getting pregnant that I really wanted to help.

She pointed me at the product information about the Pregnancy Miracle and it immediately piqued my curiosity, as during my college course I took a special interest in the Foresight program we were trained to use here in the UK. There are many parallels in the information in Lisa’s ebook and the Foresight program, so I was well disposed to the additional resources you’ll find in her book.

Despite my initial enthusiasm, I had some worries about the mention of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and wanted to be sure this was a responsible piece of work that I could recommend with confidence. To check out my concerns I contacted Lisa direct, explained that I was a nutritionist myself, and asked for permission to write a review of the “Pregnancy Miracle“.

I have to confess, I didn’t even expect a reply, but to my great pleasure Lisa promptly sent me a review copy of the product so that I could form my own conclusions  for my readers.

Lisa Olson starts the book by telling her infertility story which led her to start her own research, and how she finally conceived – despite her problems and despite being what is termed in the UK here as an “elderly prima-gravida”.

Pregnancy Miracle the result of that research and is a comprehensive, no-fluff, plan (275 pages) which includes:

Summer Detox

Tomatoes and Red Pepper

Tomatoes and Red Pepper

As I write this in the UK it’s warm and sunny – never quite sure how long that will last, but we live in hopes.

In such weather, wanting to shed any winter weight gain, our thoughts may turn to a summer detox. If this conjours up images of misery and starvation, think again. It need not be the case.

My last post about Sandy Halliday’s detox diet generated a lot of interest and I asked her to share … Continue Reading
